Mercedes is known worldwide as a symbol of wealth and class. Mercedes Benz is known for their quality and durability. Did you know that all cars are Mercedes signed personally to maintain the quality of the best engineers in the automotive industry? The history of Mercedes-Benz goes back almost 150 years to the time Gottlieb Daimler and Karl Benz is working to make the brand we know today all.
More than a hundred years continued, the birth of two men in the history of Mercedes-Benz. Gottlieb Daimler was born in Germany. A decade later, Karl Benz was born in Germany. Interestingly, it was 60 miles, but both have a common interest. At a very young age, both were already exposed to machines, but both had different approaches to building cars that no one believed at the time, they merge.
In 1886, Karl Benz made his first motorized tricycle, which was soon followed by a four-wheel in 1893. Daimler other build a carriage without horses in 1886 and produced two years later an agreement with William Steinway, his horseless carriage in the United States. Steinway produced Mercedes passenger cars and trucks for 3 years. This was a springboard for the story of the Mercedes-Benz.
The war in Germany, played an important role in the development of this luxury car. With a decline in the economy there was little or no fuel for cars and a high tax of 15% of car production was disastrous, and so sought a strong partner Benz DMG given, but was rejected at the beginning. Then the economy has deteriorated and there were very few cars in the U.S. with only a third of the cars from any Benz, Ford and DMG produces. Due to the necessity of Benz and DMG signed an agreement of mutual interest, while maintaining individual identity.
The greatest achievement in the history of Mercedes when both DMG and Benz merged. There was a badge from the merger of two companies. The badge is a three-star with a laurel wreath on her Mercedes with words on the upper and lower Benz. The merger was very successful and grown the production of their cars to about 7,000 vehicles in 1927. In the year 1930 was the largest and most prestigious car and started Mercedes Benz remained a leading brand in the automotive industry to date.
